SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed Tenders on Plain Paper, with a non-refundable Court Fee of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) affixed, are hereby invited by the undersigned from the interested individuals/registered SHGs and NGOs having expertise in this field. The Contract is for the operation and maintenance of the following infrastructure for the period of 1(one) year.

SI No. 1. Infrastructure: Public Toilet at DC Park, Tura. Minimum Bid Amount: Rs, 59,000/- (Fifty Nine Thousand) only.

Terms and Conditions:-

1. Site Visit: Applicants are advised, in their own interest, to visit and inspect the site before submitting tenders

2. Tender Documents: Detailed terms and conditions may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on working day between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

3. Submission Deadline: The last date for the submission of applications is May 27th, 2026, by 1:00 PM in the office of the undersigned.

4. Tender Opening: Tenders will be opened on the following day, May 29th, 2026 at 1:00 PM in the office of the undersigned. All the interested representatives are requested to attend the same.
