Sealed Tenders on Plain Paper, with a non-refundable Court Fee of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) affixed, are hereby invited by the undersigned from the interested individuals/registered SHGs and NGOs having expertise in this field. The Contract is for the operation and maintenance of the following infrastructure for the period of 1 (one) year.

1. Public Toilet at DC Park, Tura Rs. 59,000/- (Fifty Nine Thousand) only.

Terms and Conditions:-

1. Site Visit: Applicants are advised, in their own interest, to visit and inspect the site before submitting tenders

2. Tender Documents: Detailed terms and conditions may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on working day between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

3. Submission Deadline: The last date for the submission of applications is May 27th, 2026, by 1:00 PM in the office of the undersigned.

4. Tender Opening: Tenders will be opened on the following day, May 29th, 2026 at 1:00 PM in the office of the undersigned. All the interested representatives are requested to attend the same.
